Agent Resume Video – (This is a 1- 2 minute video of the agent explaining in their words, their experience in the industry and why someone should hire them to buy or sell their next property).

You get a one camera shoot of the person sitting in a nice home with a pleasing background and a music bed.
Agent Plus Video – $500.00 and up
We add in some eye candy shots to spice it up like clients, shots of homes, aerial imagery, the agent in daily life etc.
Headshots
Business Headshots – $250.00 session fee + $25.00 per image
A one hour session with a studio background of white, black or gray. I shoot“on location” at either your home or office and I bring a complete studio with me. Free retouching on initial image, $15.00 per image after that.
Group Headshots – Group Rate includes 1 Retouched Photo. Additional photos are $25.00 / $15.00 for retouching.
3-5 people = $200 per person.
6 -10 people = $175.00 per person.
11-20 people = $150.00
Please note: For group photoshoots within 30 minutes from Austin, there is a minimum of 3 people and no travel charge. From group shots in the San Antonio or Waco area, there is a minimum of 5 people and a trip charge of $150.00. I do not service Dallas or Houston.
Commercial Real Estate – Photo / Video
This includes building exteriors, storefronts, hotels, restaurants, condos, offices etc. Because there are so many variables with commercial real estate photography/videography, I would like to discuss your project before quoting a price.
Commercial Videography
This includes music videos, promotional, commercial, educational, documentary and non-profit videos. I also write, direct, scout locations, cast and do voice over work. Because there are so many variables with commercial videography, I would like to discuss your project before quoting a price.
Commercial Product Photography
This includes product, apparel, food or lifestyle photography. This can be shot on location/in my studio or both.
Full Day Rate – $800.00
Half-Day Rate – $450.00
Aerial Mapping
Pricing includes a 2D orthomosaic map that will allow you to see elevations; measure distances and estimate the volume (or voids) of things like aggregate piles and empty ponds or sandpits. This is also a handy tool for commercial and residential “land only” properties to determine placement of building and landscaping features based on the elevations.
Orthomosiac Elevations Map- $350.00 (Surveying 1 – 25 acres per map)
USAGE
*For rentals and lease properties, add $25.00. (Unlimited usage)
*Photos are NOT transferrable to any other party, but can be purchased from me for re-use.
*Please note: When shooting in Marble Falls, Horseshoe Bay or Granite Shoals, it is a $300.00 minimum.
RE-SHOOTS
* If I am re-shooting something because I made a mistake, there will be no charge.
* If I am doing a partial re-shoot at your request it will cost 75% of the original shoot.
* If I am doing a full re-shoot at your request it will cost the original price of the shoot.
CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel within 24 hours of the shoot, the cancellation fee is 50% of the price of the shoot.
If you cancel the day of the shoot, the cancellation fee is full price.
